High 5 Sports & Activity Camps run hugely popular school holiday camps for children as well as a Parties & Events service that travels far and wide with their astonishing array of inflatables and party hosts.

Their sister brand, Absolute Bubble Football is the UK’s leading provider of zorbing and bubble football – as well as other activities aimed at young adults such as Combat Archery.

The team needed new websites built from scratch that brought in bookings and enquiries for both brands as well as ongoing digital marketing support including Social Media and Email Marketing.

How we did it

High 5 is a fantastic example of how our relationship with a client has organically grown their business over time.

Our work with High 5 starts as it so often does with our clients – the fundamentals of their website and turning it into the marketing assets that anchors all their activity.

The High 5 website required a complete redesign, using a content-first approach. Bespoke video headers for multiple pages were created alongside creative use of photography that created a fun, engaging look with High 5’s brand colours tweaked to run through the design.

A website navigation structure that gave careful consideration to presenting important detailed information in an easy to understand way for parents who were buying camps and events for children was developed, alongside a Wellness section with bespoke video. This gave credibility to the company’s wellness-first ethos and Ofsted credentials.

The launch of the website led to ongoing Social Media Support across Facebook, Instagram and, more recently, TikTok. We’ve developed a Reels/TikTok strategy that’s begun to clock in many thousands of views – supported by our in-house Video Production including Aerial Drone Video. This is complemented by Weekly Email Marketing to a growing database, powered by regular newsletters, welcome sequence and automations including birthday messages that help increase party bookings.

Our Video team have also provided a series of instructional videos for the extensive High 5 team to follow when operating equipment for holiday camps and parties.

More recently, we’ve revamped the Absolute Bubble Football website aiming for improved SEO and performance in Google. The previous website did little in search, despite it being fundamental to attracting incoming bookings. Now, a full suite of localised pages aimed at local SEO as well as pages ranking nationally for key terms such as Stag Party has transformed its performance.

This has been complemented by an attractive, easy to navigate website that funnels users to a Quick Quote form or full booking enquiry. The website also features our Aerial Drone photography and ground videography to help bring it to life.

The two websites are now the cornerstone of High 5’s marketing strategy – both online and for offline media to refer to as well. View the website here.

Social media reach has powered growth – 70% increase in our first year working with High 5 on Facebook and 340% on Instagram, thanks to a video-first approach that took advantage of Reels.

Absolute Bubble Football now ranks on Page 1 for key UK search terms and has begun to bring in a regular feed of enquiries. View the website here.

Email marketing open rates hover around 40% – strong for their sector and are building an impressive database of loyal customers.
